Why is unit independence and modularity important?
Most competitors’ security systems require a hardwired internet connection. This creates a single point of failure if the internet connection is lost or unstable. The quality of the video feed can degrade significantly across the entire system, or be lost altogether.
By contrast, our security units utilize a fundamental design framework that allows them to be completely independent of one another. Each unit’s independent cellular network connection ensures the security system stays operational in the event of power loss, network connection, or hardware failure within one individual unit.
Our units are fully customizable to accomodate specific security applications, based on each client’s unique requirements. Each hardware component engineered into the unit is integrated into our proprietary Health Check Alert System to minimize or eliminate unit downtime. This alert system allows our remote technicians to assess and resolve issues quickly, maintaining optimal security at all times.

Our proprietary syncroReports platform is fully integrated with our entire line of video security units. Authorized users can view all live video from our units on site, in real time. These video viewing features are obtainable directly in the browser, without the need for any additional software or plugins.
