syncroPlates automatically detects a license plate in view, intelligently recognizes the alphanumerical values, converts them to searchable metadata, instantaneously captures a series of high-resolution images of the vehicle, and then stores them into the searchable database within syncroReports. This proprietary technology provides court quality evidence that aids in law enforcement investigations and apprehensions, and is also an exceptional project & site management tool. It allows you to whitelist or blacklist vehicles, track arriving or departing trades or employees, and even verify material deliveries.

syncroPlates automatically sorts all captured license plates by date and time. Being fully searchable, you are able to query a specific or series of license plates, down to the exact minute.
Entering in a specific license plate will showcase every occurrence in which the specified vehicle has arrived or departed your site. Our system also supports partial license plate recognition searches, and will present a list of license plates that match a series of two or more digits entered.
Users are able to create a blacklist and whitelist to deny, or authorize site access based on the license plate data captured by our system.
Vehicle Logs are instantaneously created by our proprietary system, and high-resolution images are also captured for each vehicle that is detected. These logs are immediately made available for your review.

Blacklisting

Our integrated Blacklisting module provides the ability to create list of plates that are not authorized to be on site, and will notify the appropriate parties when they arrive. When a vehicle arrives on site, our monitoring technicians will be notified and will contact the appropriate site personnel, or law enforcement, if requested. This feature is universal across all syncroMonitoring secured locations – if a vehicle has been flagged as suspicious at any of our secured sites, syncroPlates will generate a special alert if that vehicle arrives at any other location that is secured with our units.

Whitelisting

Our proprietary plate recognition system provides whitelisting capabilities as well, which is a powerful site management tool. The whitelisting of pre-authorized vehicles can be programmed to allow for immediate site entry, via triggered gate access control; the triggering possibilities are virtually unlimited.

License Plate Database

Rest assured that suspicious or threatening vehicle plates have been deemed as such, and carry this marking across all syncroMonitoring secured properties. This level of security is only possible with a centralized database that allows all data from all locations to be utilized in real-time, while remaining completely compartmentalized for privacy.
