Redefining and raising standards in the remote video monitoring and security surveillance industry has been the unfettered focus of our efforts since we started in 2015. We’ve focused on developing innovative security technology and relentlessly improving existing services and offerings, all while proactively protecting the assets and property of our clients. And 2022 was no different.
Our innovative security systems, and highly skilled Remote Video Monitoring Operators worked tirelessly through the days and nights to protect our clients’ properties. In 2022, our team of operators performed 57,462 crime deterrences, representing a 50% overall increase over 2021, with the US numbers representing 30%. These stats exemplify our primary security solutions objective — to detect & deter criminal behavior before it happens.,
When criminal activity is observed, but suspects were not deterred by our pro-active, live intervention techniques, Monitoring Operators worked alongside local law enforcement across the country to apprehend 262 individuals throughout the year.
Our Monitoring Team wasn’t the only group to post impressive numbers in 2022. Our determined Sales, Service, Manufacturing, and Client Care teams worked cohesively to realize a 49.2% net increase in unit installations across North America, with the US increasing by 30%. We service a wide variety of industries, ranging from construction, recycling facilities, and utilities to municipalities, auto dealerships, & commercial properties.

Our innovative technology was ‘clocked in’ all year.
With all of the deterrence actions and installations throughout the year, we kept track of our clients’ site security information and provided them with a seamless, intuitive experience to review this activity through syncroReportsTM,our proprietary dashboard for accessing security analytics, live video feeds, and in-depth log reports.
In 2022, we observed the activity on and around our clients’ sites, logging a total of 367,220 security reports for client review. These reports included descriptions, timelines, insights, high-resolution photographs, and video of the events that occurred.
Through the deployment of our license plate reader cameras, we actively logged and databased vehicle activity on our clients’ sites – making it immediately available for their review in our syncroReports. In 2022, we captured a total of 6,771,429 license plates, representing a 15.9% increase over the previous period.
syncroReports continues to provide transparency for our clients, providing complete transparency into the how and when of our security services. This one-of-a-kind system received a major update in 2023 to further improve its effectiveness, while enhancing the user experience.

Our Software Development team worked for months to improve syncroReports, adding features and advancements to ensure all the security data, log reports, monitoring feeds, and analytics were even easier to access for our clients.
